Motivational Maps

Motivational Maps are implemented to describe, measure and monitor motivation. The tool provides data and evidence on primary motivators, motivation levels, change index and the satisfaction levels of motivators. The Map helps people understand motivation at a deeper level and what they can do with that knowledge to improve performance.

What is a Motivational Map?

The Motivational Map is ISO accredited online self-perception inventory that crucially focuses on motivation rather than personality. Created in the UK through extensive research into human motivation, it is a self-perception inventory that instigates change for individuals, teams and organisations. The outcome is a report that provides strategies for optimising individual, team and organisational performance.

Team Motivational Maps

Team Maps provide the added benefits of understanding dynamics within a team, and to identify the overall motivation strategies that managers need to use with their team as a whole. They’re also great for team building and team workshops on Motivation – where we present the team data, rather than the individual data.

Each Team Map summarises the data from a group of individuals, in a user-friendly, personalised report.

“I found the Motivational Mapping very insightful and accurate. It gave a me some good tips and options on how to make the most of my top motivators but also pointed out areas that I don’t find that motivating but I need to work on.  Marie gave me tips on how to turn these around to motivate myself more.”
