Thank you for your interest in Motivational Maps. We are, as you know, huge fans of the Maps – having used them ourselves since they arrived in Australia in 2015, and particularly because of the quality of conversations and ‘Aha moments’ they open up for clients and teams.

Applications and Benefits of Motivational Maps

Motivational Maps are incredibly versatile and can be used in many ways.
Individuals, teams and whole organisations can use the maps for:

You can use Motivational Maps with employees to work at a deeper ‘driver’ level to:
  • understand people better
  • creating a motivating vision and business strategy
  • embedding motivation into companies, through values, culture and language
  • developing change management programmes
  • having powerful conversations about what motivates and demotivates them
  • improving performance when used as a coaching tool
  • pre-empting difficult conversations and help resolve misunderstandings
  • encouraging individuals to take responsibility for motivating themselves using the strategies in the report
  • helping people understand why an existing behaviour works for them, and then identifying how an alternative behaviour can work for both them and their organisation

About Motivational Maps

Motivational Maps™ bring awareness and boost engagement for empowered performance and growth. They are fundamentally different from other personality and psychometric tools as the map is a self-perception inventory that instigates change for individuals, teams and organisations.

The Motivational Maps™ tool was developed in the UK after extensive research into human motivation. Each questionnaire delivers a practical diagnostic written report with thought provoking strategies to boost motivation. Each map includes a full diagnostic report which contains 9 motivational reward strategy ideas. It has ISO accreditation and available across Australia and New Zealand.

Motivational Maps (Individual Map)

Motivational Maps (Team Map)

Team Maps provide the added benefits of understanding dynamics within a team, and to identify the overall motivation strategies that managers need to use with their team as a whole. They’re also great for team building and team workshops on Motivation – where we present the team data, rather than individual data.

Each Team Map summarises the data from a group of individuals, in a user-friendly, personalised report, and each report will show you:
