Motivational Maps - Work Motivation Training
We train Motivational Map Practitioners to:
- Understand client’s Motivational Map and how using it will increase performance and satisfaction at work
- Provide feedback to team leaders that assists them to manage their peoples expectations and build engagement
- Provide feedback to individuals on where their blind spots might be and discuss strategies to thrive at work
You will receive:
- Pre-reading material covering the basics of motivation and the Motivational Maps
- 3 x 2 hours online or 1 day, where we build an understanding of motivation, the Motivational Maps, and the know how to interpret case-studies of both individuals and teams
- Resources that include a Practitioners’ Manual, a cloud-based Administration Back Office to manage your Motivational Maps, additional videos, articles and audio materials
- Regular masterclasses to build on learning and support and resources from an international community of practitioners


Who Would Benefit From HR Training?
This introduction to HR Management is for those who may be starting out in HR, managers who do not have a dedicated experienced HR team, staff who have HR added to their current role but are not specialists and those who want to build their confidence in HR.
Our goal is to equip managers and HR officers with the skills to work with their people and build stronger successful businesses. MBC draws from experience, qualifications and learnings from lecturing in Human Resource Management (HRM) to introduce you to HRM Fundamentals.
The training will cover the key points of the employee life cycle: Onboarding, job roles, position descriptions, appraisals, performance management, learning and development, rewards and recognition and off boarding.
Training is delivered online in 3 x 2-hour workshops over a three-week period.
